Order Online (top) You can safely and securely place your order online through our secure online shopping cart. All your personal information is encrypted and will only be used for processing payments. We do not store your credit card number in our database. 2. Order by Phone (top) You may call us toll free with your order at 1-866-676-2726 or locally at 541-482-SOAP (7627). 3. Order by Mail (top) You may print out our order form and mail it with your payment to the address at the top of the form. Just click the order form link, and the form will appear in your browser. Click your browser's Print button to print the order form. Orders paid by money orders are shipped immediately. Orders paid by check are shipped when the check clears. Credit card orders are shipped immediately after the bank's credit card approval. 4. Payment Methods (top) We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and money orders. Personal checks are held until cleared. 5. Shipping (top) All items are shipped within two business days via Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Returns (top) If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 15 days. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products; returned items cannot be resold, therefore, we offer 100% store credit for all returned items. If we make a mistake with your order, please contact us and we will reship you the correct item(s) at no additional costs. E-mail me regarding details about returning products. 8. Privacy (top) We are dedicated to your privacy and our company by no means gives out any of your information to a third party.
