Environmental: add a few drops to a diffuser, pot of hot water, cotton ball or handkerchief.
Massage: add 3-4 drops to one tsp carrier oil.
Bath: add 5-10 drops to a full bath.
Air cleanser and refresher: add 5-10 drops to 2oz water in a spray bottle. Shake well and spritz around your environment, on door knobs or handles.
